Orders can be out to you often within 24 hours or when ever suits your schedule.

Direct debits are through STRIPE who will mange the payments from your account.

Yes there is, but we acknowledge everyone’s circumstances are different. So therefore we have a low minimum term agreement of 3 months.
If you wish to leave the agreement before 3 months you will still need to pay for the three month term.

Call us on 07751881128 and we will come out, often within 24 hours to replace or repair your appliance.

We understand that this may happen from time to time, however we do charge a late payment fee per missed transaction. This is due to the admin incurred due to missed payment.

If you think you are going to miss a payment please call and we can arrange something to help you.

On delivery we collect the first months rent and a £20 installation fee.
