  • Orders can be out to you often within 24 hours or when ever suits your schedule.

  • Direct debits are through STRIPE who will mange the payments from your account.

  • Yes there is, but we acknowledge everyone’s circumstances are different. So therefore we have a low minimum term agreement of 3 months.

    If you wish to leave the agreement before 3 months you will still need to pay for the three month term.

  • Call us on 07751881128 and we will come out, often within 24 hours to replace or repair your appliance.

  • We understand that this may happen from time to time, however we do charge a late payment fee per missed transaction. This is due to the admin incurred due to missed payment.

    £2 per missed payment

    If you think you are going to miss a payment please call and we can arrange something to help you.

  • On delivery we collect the first months rent and a £20 installation fee.
